Chaos at the Centre Print

‘Chaos at the Centre’ is a solid black star where everything explodes. Neon green, purple, orange and pink splatter across the center like fireworks trapped in darkness. The edges are sharp and defined, but the middle is pure movement. It’s controlled chaos is held inside the shape.

This is masking and unmasking in one image. The black star is how the world sees us — clear, defined, easy to understand. But inside is the real me. The colour, the intensity, the splatter that doesn’t follow the lines. Neurodiverse brains often feel like this: expected to be neat on the outside while everything vibrant and messy lives on the inside. This painting doesn’t hide it. It puts the chaos right in the centre of the star and says "this is where the light comes from."
