Creativity Over Chaos

‘Creativity over Chaos’ shows layers of newspaper, paint, scribbles, and texture cover this canvas. It’s worn, urban, full of history and noise. In the middle, a small figure stands on a chair and draws a bright red heart on the wall. The background is heavy, but the heart is the only thing that cuts through. It’s defiant. It’s soft in a hard place.

This is what it feels like to create as a neurodiverse person. The world is layered with expectations, masking, overstimulation, and old stories we didn’t write. But we still find a way to make a mark. The heart is stimming, special interests, honesty — the things we do even when it doesn’t "fit". "Creativity Over Chaos" means choosing to express even when everything around feels messy. Because sometimes the only way to regulate is to put the feeling on the wall where everyone can see it.
