Held in Plum - Textured Minimalist Canvas Print | Neurodiverse & Tactile Wall Art

‘Held in Plum’ is all about texture and quiet rhythm. A deep plum center is framed by a soft, dusty pink border, like a window or a held space. Inside, thick vertical strokes of paint sit side by side — sculpted, glossy, and raised off the surface. You can see the tool marks, the ridges, and the way the light catches each curve. While similar in shape, each stroke carries distinct pressure and variation, giving it a deeply human feel — like fingerprints or steady breaths lined up in a row.

It feels calm, contained, and deeply tactile. The rich plum shade provides a grounding presence, while the dusty pink frame softens the composition.

From a neurodiverse lens, this piece explores self-regulation through repetition — steady, present, and intentional. It invites you to slow down and appreciate the weight, the edges, and the subtle variations that bring minimalist art to life.
