This painting is one of the last available from my Buddha series-a body of work I began during a particularly stressful chapter in my life. At the time, I was struggling with the pain of betrayal by someone I trusted deeply. The act of painting these Buddhas became a form of healing for me, helping me to let go of those heavy feelings and find inner peace again.
