Returns & Refunds
Made to Order
Every art print sold by Harri Tarkka Art Prints is produced individually after an order is placed.
Although our prints are made to order, customers have the right to cancel eligible purchases in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please email harri@harritarkka.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and your decision to cancel.
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Please contact us for the correct return address before shipping it.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us. This does not apply to returns of faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Personalised Artwork
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to artwork specifically created or substantially customised to an individual customer's requirements, where permitted by law.
Selecting a standard artwork or size from our regular collection does not, by itself, make a print personalised.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your print arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at harri@harritarkka.com.
Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Missing photographs or packaging do not automatically remove your statutory rights.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the cancelled goods, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method are not refundable where permitted by law.
Returning Your Order
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address.
You may inspect the print as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.
Cancellations Before Delivery
If you need to cancel an order before delivery, contact us as soon as possible.
Production may begin shortly after payment, but this does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
