Rules in Colour Fine Art Canvas Print – Neurodiverse Framed Wall Art

‘Rules in Colour’ feels like neurodiverse life laid out in cards. The background is split into four bold blocks — navy, green, yellow, and red — reflecting different moods, different days, and different sensory states all existing at once.

Nothing blends. Nothing is asked to be "neutral." Some days are bright and loud, some are deep and quiet, and this piece holds space for all of it.

Arranged across the canvas are UNO Showdown cards. Some lie in neat, ordered rows, representing the structure and clear rules that bring safety and focus. Others fan out in overlapping, vibrant motion — capturing the sudden shifts, sensory overload, or chaotic beauty when thoughts pile up.

The repeated "Showdown" cards mirror those peak moments of intensity, input, and action, balanced by the nostalgia and joy of a familiar game.

Emotional & Sensory Details

This piece speaks to neurodiverse art and emotional regulation through colour, pattern, and play — a visual reminder that being "too much" and "just right" can live on the exact same table.
