Printumo Affiliate Privacy Policy

This Affiliate Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Printumo ApS ("Printumo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information of individuals participating in the Printumo Affiliate Program ("Affiliate" or "you"). This Policy supplements Printumo's main Privacy Policy available at printumo.com/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Program, you consent to the practices described herein.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal information from Affiliates:
Contact & Account Information: Name, email, phone number, mailing address, username, password.Payment Information: Bank account details, tax information.
Tracking & Analytics Data: IP address, browser type, device information, referral link usage, Platform activity, cookies (60-day duration).
Promotional Activity Data: Campaigns, marketing materials, traffic sources, and metrics related to your promotional efforts.
2. How We Collect Information
Directly from You: When registering as an Affiliate, submitting payment or tax information, or communicating with us.Automatically via Cookies & Tracking: Tracking pixels, web beacons, SDKs, and unique referral links.
From Third Parties: Payment processors (banks), and the affiliate Platform selected by Printumo.
3. Use of Personal Information
We use Affiliate information to:
Administer the Program: Track referrals, calculate commissions, process payments.Prevent Fraud & Abuse: Monitor suspicious activity, detect violations of Program rules.
Communicate Program Updates: Inform Affiliates about changes, support requests, or policy updates.
Comply with Legal Obligations: Taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
4. Sharing of Information
Affiliate information may be shared with:
Payment Processors: Banking institutions.Affiliate Platform Provider: To enable tracking and reporting of referrals.
Legal or Regulatory Authorities: When required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal data. Third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Retention
Affiliate personal data is retained for the duration of participation in the Program.
After termination, data may be retained for accounting, tax, legal compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.
Tracking data (clicks, referrals, conversions) may be kept for Program verification.
6. International Transfers
Affiliate data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence, including in the EU, United Kingdom, or the United States.
We implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR, UK GDPR, and other applicable regulations.
7. Affiliate Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
Access & Portability: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal and accounting retention requirements).
Restriction & Objection: Restrict or object to processing of your data.

8. Security Measures
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect Affiliate personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration.
No security system is completely secure; however, we strive to use best practices.
9. Cookies & Tracking
Tracking Cookies: Used to record referrals and calculate commissions.Cookie Duration: 60 days from the first click on your referral link.
Disabling Cookies: Disabling cookies may reduce tracking accuracy and affect commission eligibility.
Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates must ensure that their users' consent to cookies is obtained if required by local law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Affiliate dashboard notices,- Email notifications, or
- Updates on the Printumo website.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
