Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between the owner of MatteoAlfonsi (the "Shop") and you (the "Customer") for your use of this Shop and any related pages or communications (the "Site"). Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund eligibility is described on the Site or in order communications. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
