About the Artist
Cira Bhang, b. 1974. Indonesian born visual artist based in France.
"To me, abstract art is like life. I choose, I create, I accept some messy layers, I adapt to them, and I find a way to be delighted by them."
My work is a reflection of my daily life. It's my playground. Something of what I see, hear, listen to, feel, and think, regardless of whether I like it or not. The stories I want to recounts freely, like a child. The passion I express through the composition of abstract forms or symbols mixed with other artistic elements. Every person, every moment, every thing has its own story. It's like a journal.
Thank you for taking the time to explore my work and for supporting independent artists.
