About the Artist

Marcel Ruben is a Dutch fine art painter known for his quiet, realistic still lifes. Working mainly in oil paint, he creates paintings with great attention to light, atmosphere and detail.

His work is inspired by the classical tradition of still life painting, while maintaining a calm and contemporary presence. Ordinary objects — fruit, bowls, glass, fabric or simple table settings — are painted with care and given a sense of stillness and meaning.

This online shop offers affordable art prints based on Marcel Ruben’s original paintings. The collection will gradually be expanded with more prints of his work.
