Printumo Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PRINTUMO APS PLATFORM.
BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Printumo Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by the legal entity identified in the official Printumo Terms & Conditions available at printumo.com ("Printumo", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
For purposes of this Agreement:
- "Affiliate" means an approved participant in the Program.- "Qualified Purchase" means a completed purchase of Printumo products made by a customer who accessed Printumo through the Affiliate's unique referral link and within the applicable cookie period.
- "Net Revenue" means the amount actually received by Printumo after production, deducting taxes, refunds, chargebacks, transaction fees, and fraud-related losses.
- "Commission" means the compensation payable to Affiliate under this Agreement.
- "Cookie Period" means sixty (60) days from the initial referral click.
- "Platform" means the third-party affiliate tracking system selected by Printumo.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
2.1 Participation in the Program is subject to review and approval by Printumo.
2.2 Affiliate must:
- Be at least 18 years old;- Provide accurate and complete registration information;
- Operate lawful websites, media channels, or advertising accounts.
2.3 Printumo reserves the right to reject or revoke participation at its discretion.
3. Program Overview
3.1 Commission Rate: 10% of every print order from customers you refer, paid monthly for 12 consecutive months from their activation.
3.2 Commission Type: One-time revenue share.
3.3 Cookie Duration: 60 days from first tracked click.
3.4 Commissions are earned only for Qualified Purchases.
3.5 Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases or accounts under their control.
4. Commission Qualification & Adjustments
4.1 Commission is earned only when:
- The customer completes a purchase;- Payment is successfully processed;
- The transaction is not refunded, disputed, or fraudulent.
4.2 Refunds & Chargebacks
If a transaction is refunded, reversed, disputed, or identified as fraudulent, Printumo reserves the right to:
- Withhold the related commission;- Deduct such commission from future payments;
- Reverse commissions already paid where reasonably necessary.
4.3 Disputed Adjustments
In cases involving suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations, Printumo reserves the right to adjust commissions. Upon request, Printumo will provide reasonable supporting evidence for such a decision.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Terms:
- Minimum Payout Threshold: $50 USD- Payment Frequency: Payments are issued approximately every thirty (30) days for cleared and approved commissions.
- Payment Methods: Bank Transfer.
- Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates must provide accurate payment and tax information and are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
- Payment Delays: Printumo may delay payment if suspicious activity, compliance review, or fraud investigation is ongoing.
5.2 Audit & Verification
Affiliate agrees that Printumo may, upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, audit Affiliate's records, promotional activities, and related transactions to verify compliance with this Agreement and the accuracy of commissions. Affiliate shall cooperate and provide relevant information, including access to tracking, traffic sources, and marketing materials, upon request.
In case of discrepancies or suspected violations, Printumo may adjust commissions, withhold payments, or terminate participation, providing reasonable documentation or explanation of such actions.
6. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliate agrees to:
6.1 Promote Printumo in a lawful, ethical, and transparent manner.
6.2 Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with:
- FTC guidelines (USA);- GDPR & UK GDPR transparency rules;
- Any other applicable advertising regulations.
6.3 Avoid misleading representations about Printumo's services, pricing, or guarantees.
6.4 Not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official partners of Printumo.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Adult, pornographic, illegal, or discriminatory content;- Trademark bidding or brand keyword PPC without prior written approval;
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks;
- Malware, spyware, adware, or deceptive pop-ups;
- Impersonation of Printumo;
- Fake discounts, unauthorized coupon codes;
- Incentivized traffic without approval;
- Creation of fake accounts;
- Misrepresentation of POD production times or product capabilities.
Violation may result in immediate suspension and commission forfeiture.
8. Paid Advertising & PPC
8.1 PPC advertising is permitted only after prior written approval from Printumo.
8.2 Brand bidding on "Printumo" or variations thereof requires explicit authorization.
8.3 Affiliates must not use Printumo domain names, misspellings, or confusingly similar domains.
9. Intellectual Property License
9.1 Printumo grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for Program participation.
9.2 All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Printumo.
9.3 Printumo may revoke the license at any time.
10. Representations & Warranties
Affiliate represents and warrants that:
- They have full legal authority to enter into this Agreement;- Their promotional activities comply with applicable laws;
- They will not infringe intellectual property rights;
- They will not engage in deceptive trade practices.
11. Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printumo from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
- Affiliate's breach of this Agreement;- Affiliate's promotional content;
- Violation of laws or third-party rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Printumo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;- Total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to Affiliate during the preceding three (3) months.
Printumo does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking or availability of the Platform.
13. Term & Termination
13.1 This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
13.2 Printumo reserves the right to suspend or terminate Affiliate participation where:
- Fraud is suspected;- Policies are violated;
- Brand integrity is at risk;
- Legal exposure arises.
13.3 In disputed cases, Printumo may provide reasonable explanation and supporting documentation.
13.4 Upon termination:
- All licenses are revoked;- Outstanding unpaid commissions may be withheld pending review.
14. Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees not to disclose non-public information regarding:
- Commission structures;- Business strategies;
- Platform performance data.
15. Modification of Program
15.1 Printumo reserves the right to modify:
- Commission rates;- Cookie duration;
- Payment structure;
- Program rules.
15.2 Modifications will apply prospectively.
15.3 In exceptional or disputed cases, adjustments may be made based on documented evidence, and reasonable explanation will be provided upon request.
16. Privacy & Data Protection
Affiliate participation is subject to Printumo's Privacy Policy.
Affiliate acknowledges that tracking technologies, including cookies (60-day duration), are used to operate the Program.
17. International Compliance
Given Printumo's operations in the EU, United States, United Kingdom etc., Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable:
- Advertising laws,- Consumer protection regulations,
- Data protection legislation,
- Anti-spam laws.
18. Independent Contractor
The affiliate acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the same jurisdiction specified in Printumo's official Terms & Conditions.
20. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute waiver.
