Wildlife Cornucopia — Artist Bio
Wildlife Cornucopia is the home of my impasto wildlife paintings — bold, textured works born directly from the dust, light, and heartbeat of Africa. I paint from life, not imagination: lions warming themselves in the first gold of dawn, elephants dissolving into mist, bee‑eaters flickering like sparks above a riverbank. Every canvas begins with a real encounter, a real breath, a real moment that asked to be remembered.
Although the wild is my centre, my brush also moves toward the quiet loyalty of dogs and the wide, breathing landscapes that frame our lives. Whether it’s a Sheltie watching the horizon or a Karoo valley holding the last light of day, I paint with the same intention — truth, presence, and emotional clarity.
My work brings the outdoors indoors:
• Lodges seeking atmosphere and authenticity
• Boardrooms seeking gravitas and connection
• Collectors seeking pieces with real provenance
• Homes seeking calm, grounding, and a sense of place
When you collect my art, you’re not simply decorating a wall. You’re preserving a moment of wild beauty — a fragment of Africa’s living story — and inviting it to become part of your own.
