About the Artist

Hello, I’m an artist inspired by the extraordinary beauty, character and heritage of the Scottish landscape.
My artwork begins with original photographs, capturing places I have personally discovered and scenes that have caught my eye. These photographs become the foundation for my creations, which I transform into distinctive artworks that combine the authenticity of photography with the atmosphere and character of traditional painting.
From rugged coastlines and peaceful harbours to historic villages, ancient landmarks and rolling countryside, Scotland is at the heart of my inspiration. I particularly enjoy capturing quieter places and familiar views that might otherwise be passed by, celebrating the beauty found in Scotland’s everyday landscapes.
Each piece is created to tell the story of a real place while giving it a unique artistic interpretation. My aim is to create artwork that evokes memories, inspires a sense of place and brings a little of Scotland into your home.
