Return & Refund Policy

Made to Order

Every piece sold by artlodia is printed individually once you order it. Because nothing is produced in advance, we are not able to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, or because a different size, colour or artwork was chosen at checkout. Please check your selection before completing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, we will put it right with a free replacement or a full refund. You never pay twice for a piece that reached you in poor condition.

How to Make a Claim

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
  • A clear photo showing the problem
  • A photo of the inner protective packaging
  • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging
  • Your order number
The packaging and barcode photos matter: for anything damaged in transit they are how we establish where the damage happened, and without them a claim may not be possible to resolve.

What Is Not Covered

  • A change of mind after the order was placed
  • The wrong size, colour or artwork having been ordered
  • Print placement that falls within normal production tolerances
  • Claims raised more than 30 days after delivery

Sending Items Back

Please do not send anything back to us unless we have asked you to. Because each piece is made to order, we resolve approved claims with a replacement or a refund rather than by taking the item back, so returned parcels cannot usually be processed.

Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after payment, so cancellation is often no longer possible once an order has been placed. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as you can and we will do what we still can.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, that law applies.
