About the Artist
This picture was taken just moments after finishing the piece called the "Serene Place". I feel like my least representative to the society self when I'm painting. I get dirty, forget to shower, getting hungry is an annoyance, and I feel getting thirsty all the time because the time in between my cup fills just disappears. I paint when I'm sick or nothing else seems to bring joy on some exhausting days. Painting and drawing are my rescue – they bring me back to a sense of flow and inspiration, to my safe inner space. And although I might look like a feral animal on the outside while in the creative process, inside I rejuvenate my soul.

I started painting as early as when a brush was squeezed into my little hand and a piece of cut paper with some water on it for me to spread colours on was placed in front. I attended fine arts school for three years during my teenage years. I also partook in one-year-long classes in the same school and attended two years of graphic design courses as preparation for architecture studies.

The art I create now is a synthesis of my experiences from living abroad, from the love for our planet, and from symbiosis with the stories living inside me.
