Experiments With Colour is an ongoing series exploring the relationship between colour, movement and texture. Each piece begins without a fixed plan, allowing layers of paint, marks and gestures to develop organically across the surface. The result is a collection of abstract works that focus less on representation and more on the emotional impact of colour itself.

Built around soft peach tones, warm ochres and subtle highlights, 'Desert Sands' explores the interaction between light, texture and transparency. Layered vertical marks move across the surface, revealing glimpses of colour beneath and creating a sense of depth that shifts with changing light. The result is a work that feels warm and atmospheric, balancing gentle movement with a quiet sense of calm and openness.

This canvas print is produced using a high-quality poly-cotton blend canvas with a matte/satin finish. Prints are scratch, crack, and warp resistant, using vibrant, long-lasting colours printed with water-based HP Latex inks with UV protection. Each canvas is stretched over a renewably sourced solid wood frame, with a depth of 4 cm as standard, and arrives ready to hang.
