ByMyWindow Art
Welcome to ByMyWindow Art — a collection of original paintings and art prints created from my own artistic universe. My paintings are inspired by people, popular culture, everyday life and the strange, funny and sometimes uncomfortable sides of being human. I like to mix humour, irony and visual storytelling with bold colours and unexpected characters. Some paintings tell a story. Others simply make you stop and wonder what is going on. All artwork starts as an original painting in my studio and is then made available as high-quality prints, allowing you to bring a piece of my world into your own home. Have a look around, find something that speaks to you — or something that makes you smile. Welcome to my window.
About the Artist
I’m a Dutch artist living in Denmark, creating paintings about people, popular culture, everyday life — and the strange, funny and sometimes uncomfortable sides of being human.
My work often starts with something I see, remember, find absurd or simply cannot stop thinking about. I like humour, irony and visual storytelling, and I’m not afraid to mix the serious with the ridiculous.
Some paintings tell a story.
Some make a statement.
Some are simply there to make you wonder:
Some make a statement.
Some are simply there to make you wonder:
“What the hell is going on here?”
Every artwork begins as an original painting in my studio. Selected works are then made available as high-quality art prints, so you can bring a little piece of my strange little universe into your own home.
Welcome to my window.
