Born 1963 in Germany. I am an artist and writer who studied art and geology in Cologne. In 1989 I became a freelance artist, illustrating board games, children's books, book covers and much more. Among other publishers, I created art for HarperCollins, Random House and Wizards of the Coast. In 2014,  I worked for director Darren Aronofsky on his film 'Noah'. My work has been exhibited in New York, Lucca (Italy) and Singapore. In Germany I repeatedly won the Kurd-Laßwitz-Preis and the Deutscher Phantastik-Preis.
