Gerald is a tall Giraffe.
I saw Gerald a very very long time ago. I can't tell you where, I'm not even sure my memory is real, but he stayed in my mind for all that time.
He crystallised in charcoal not long after my son was born and we read him the story of Gerald the tall giraffe who couldn't dance. Turns out he could of course. And I couldn't get Gerald onto paper fast enough.
Goofy smile, endearing, attentive, as if he's listening to you. Patient as you tell him your challenges, or perhaps he's listening to a joke. Irreverent yet kind, Gerald is a boon in any room.
The original is sold.

About me
First, a heartfelt welcome to my Printumo site.
I have a deep passion for the Animal Kingdom, and want to share the possibility of hanging my bold, expressive and above all colourful, Animal Portraits on your walls.
I have had many requests from people who don't have the space (most of my paintings are very large) or the investment required for either an original painting or signed limited edition print for an alternative option.
In Printumo I have found that option and I'm very pleased to be able to share my passion with a wider audience.
These high quality canvas and paper prints will bring joy, a smile and colour to your personal space, and I thank you for your custom.
