Storm the Bull Elephant
His name comes from the storm wall visible on his ear.
Storm was created using broad overlapping strokes with a wind-screen wiper. He was an experiment in technique, and I'm very pleased by the result.
The original is acrylic on thick artist's card (sold), 170 x 150cm.
Storm communicates his powerful, colourful presence in no uncertain terms. Interestingly, as elephants' ears play an intrinsic role in long distance communication, Storm may be indicating that there is always a potential storm on the horizon. As such he implores us to be watchful and attentive to our surroundings.
Radiating every elephant's deep knowing, what might Storm be drawing your attention to?
Storm makes a rugged yet colourful statement.

About me
First, a heartfelt welcome to my Printumo site.
I have a deep passion for the Animal Kingdom, and want to share the possibility of hanging my bold, expressive and above all colourful, Animal Portraits on your walls.
I have had many requests from people who don't have the space (most of my paintings are very large) or the investment required for either an original painting or signed limited edition print for an alternative option.
In Printumo I have found that option and I'm very pleased to be able to share my passion with a wider audience.
These high quality canvas and paper prints will bring joy, a smile and colour to your personal space, and I thank you for your custom.
