Hi, I’m Mônica, a Brazilian artist and art director based in London, with Japanese and Portuguese roots.

My work has taken me from woodcut printmaking to illustration and digital art. I’m drawn to faces with character, the beauty and strength in people, and the ways we carry our cultures with us. And, as you can probably tell, I’m not shy with colour.
