Found paper, watercolour, and mixed media on canvas
A playful and intimate composition where traces of language emerge beneath layers of colour. Repeated circular gestures move across the surface like marks, echoes, or remnants — holding memory, touch, and the quiet presence of what is left behind.

About the Artist
Hello, I’m Vica, an artist based in Glasgow. I create mixed-media artworks and prints using materials such as paper, paint, thread and collage.
My work often combines simple figures, patterns and bold colour fields. I’m interested in how marks, lines and repeated shapes can suggest signals, movement and the ways we find our place within different systems and environments.
Each piece begins as an original handmade artwork, and the prints allow these works to travel into new spaces and homes.
Thank you for taking the time to explore my work and for supporting independent artists.
