The composition presents a stylised portrait set against a vivid blue background. Simple lines, bold colour accents and decorative details create a playful yet expressive character. The bright red cheeks and lips draw attention to the face, while the calm, closed eyes suggest a moment of quiet reflection.
Printed on a durable poly-cotton blend canvas with a soft matte-satin finish, the artwork is reproduced using water-based HP Latex inks, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting colours with UV protection.
The canvas is stretched over a solid wooden frame, 4 cm deep, made from responsibly sourced timber, creating a ready-to-hang piece that brings the charm and character of the original artwork into your space.

About the Artist
Hello, I’m Vica, an artist based in Glasgow. I create mixed-media artworks and prints using materials such as paper, paint, thread and collage.
My work often combines simple figures, patterns and bold colour fields. I’m interested in how marks, lines and repeated shapes can suggest signals, movement and the ways we find our place within different systems and environments.
Each piece begins as an original handmade artwork, and the prints allow these works to travel into new spaces and homes.
Thank you for taking the time to explore my work and for supporting independent artists.
