4 pictures have been released as a socially critical edition with the titles: 1. Theme 'Courage & Impatience', 2. Theme 'Ego', 3. Theme 'Isolated', and 4. Theme 'The Raven'.

Image Desccription
4. Topic: 'The Raven'
The picture shows a final, melancholic nature scene on a white background. In the center stands a delicate, bare tree with a suggested bird's nest in its branches, toward which a large black silhouette with a bag is moving. A smaller figure in the foreground is completely done in shiny gold leaf, while the ground is designed as a diagonal black hill and the gold leaf remains as a finishing strip along the top edge.

Image Analysis
On 4. (Raven)
Composition: An asymmetrical, dynamic diagonal in the lower third that guides the eye from the golden figure in the foreground, over the central silhouette, up into the extensively branched tree.
Color and Light: The monochrome severity is broken up by the targeted use of gold leaf on the small figure; it catches the light and creates a glowing counterbalance to the upper gold bar.
Texture: Exciting contrast between the extremely fine, graphically drawn lines of the branches, the flat, matte acrylic paint, and the raised, metallic structure of the gilded silhouette.
Perspective: A clear layering of depth (foreground, middle, and background) is created by the strongly varying size ratios of the two figures and the precise placement of the tree roots on the hill's edge.

Interpretation
The title "The Raven" acts as a social critique symbol for the detached observer or warning figure in the midst of an alienated society. While human silhouettes move past each other isolated and aimlessly, the raven looks down on the scene from above. In art, it often represents a cautionary figure, revealing the looming loss of social bonds and the stagnation of our way of living together.
