Museum-Quality Giclée Canvas in Handmade Wooden Floater Frame
A woman in white walks through a vast field of empty red chairs. Each one offers her a place, yet she continues towards the horizon.
She Chose Her Own Place is about belonging without compromise. About moving beyond the roles, expectations and lives already arranged for us; and trusting ourselves enough to decide where we truly belong.
She does not take the nearest seat simply because it is empty. She walks further, creating the possibility of a place chosen freely and entirely her own.
Set against the quiet architecture of Paris, the repetition of red and the solitary white figure create a dreamlike landscape of choice, courage and becoming.
Museum-quality giclée printed on fine-art canvas, bringing a beautiful depth and tactile quality to the work. The subtle canvas texture enhances the richness of the red while preserving the artwork’s delicate atmosphere, softness and clarity.
The canvas is professionally stretched and presented in a handmade wooden floater frame crafted in Italy. A subtle space between the canvas and the frame creates the impression that the artwork is floating within it, giving the piece an elegant, gallery-quality finish.
Natural variations in the wood grain and tone are part of the frame’s character, making every framed piece subtly unique.

About the Artist
I’m Roosmarijn (Rose) Hobo, a Dutch artist and creative director based in Ibiza. My work begins with feeling; an atmosphere, a memory, a fragment of beauty, or something almost forgotten.
Through delicate figures, birds, imperfect lines, handmade textures and touches of gold, I create quiet little worlds somewhere between memory and imagination.
I believe art can do more than decorate a wall. A single image can change the atmosphere of a room, become part of a family’s memories, or quietly remind us to return to ourselves.
