2. Thema: „Ego“
Das Bild zeigt eine dichte, sich bewegende Menschenmenge im Profil und von hinten auf weißem Grund. Eine einzelne Figur sticht als weiße, schwarz umrandete Leerstelle aus der Masse hervor, während ganz links ein eng stehendes Paar angedeutet ist. Das untere Drittel ist wieder in matt glänzendem Blattgold gehalten, und ein schwarzer Balken schließt das Motiv am oberen Rand ab.
