I’ve been a long time drinker of coffee and haven’t strayed far from a large soya flat white. I like that extra nutty taste that soya delivers.
I don't know if it’s age or I’ve got less time. But I’ve been really enjoying expressos. Might be tactile too with the little cup. Certainly makes me reminisce about Italy.
You might tell by now that this piece is inspired by that first fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The rich ochers of liquid grind stirs around as wafting steam floats off into time.
