Spring in Strid Wood is inspired by one of my rolls and strolls through the beautiful woodland at Bolton Abbey in the Yorkshire Dales. This piece explores the rhythm of the trunks, the filtered light and the repeating patterns that reveal themselves when you slow down and look.
It's an invitation to pause, notice, look closely and rediscover the joy of the wild.
