"A piece of news had me in turmoil. So many emotions were swirling I didn't know what I thought. So I drew my feelings in colours. Starting with a red dot, each colour expresses an emotion: anger, sadness, grief, 'I'm ok with this', and (finally) peace. The process of drawing enabled me to fathom my heart.
I find the end product calming. I hope you do too!"
