As a contemporary painter, I explore colour, light, and shadow through depictions of nature and everyday subjects. My work is often described as joyful, yet it emerges from deeply challenging personal experiences.

“Shadows Shaped by Colour” encapsulates this duality: the darkness informs the work, yet colour transforms it into something vivid, considered, and alive. By reimagining subjects though my art practice I aim to distill essential forms while capturing emotional resonance. 

These resulting prints are intended to evoke contemplation and quiet delight, offering spaces where colour and shadow meet — moments that are both familiar and emotionally layered.
