Inspired by the rock pools at Champagne Bay on K’gari (Fraser Island) places where time softens and the body naturally slows.
There’s a moment at the rock pools when everything pauses.
Not empty, just held.

This work reflects that suspended stillness. The sense of time stretching, of water gathering itself before moving on.
It brings an underlying calm into a space, the kind that doesn’t announce itself, but slowly becomes part of how the room feels.
Layered blues and softened earth tones move quietly beneath curved white forms, mirroring the rhythm of the pools as they hold and release.
